• Matching accuracy between saddle curvature radius and main pipe outer diameter.
• Flatness of the resistance wire embedding zone and welding interface.
• Perpendicularity between branch outlet axis and main pipe axis.

Material Properties：

• PE80: For medium/low pressure gas, MRS 8.0 MPa.
• PE100: Preferred for high pressure gas, MRS 10.0 MPa, excellent slow crack growth resistance.
• PE100RC: Combines high strength of PE100 with point load resistance, suitable for harsh soil conditions.

• Nodes in new gas pipelines where branch interfaces need to be reserved on the main.
• Adding new customer branches during old network renovation.
