Manufacturing Process

Three main components injection molded from PVC-U/C; O-ring groove precision machined. Seals are EPDM or FPM (fluoroelastomer) for chemical resistance.

• Precise machining of O-ring groove dimensions for proper seal compression.
• Precise machining of socket ID, ovality, and chamfer on both ends.

• PVC-U suitable ≤60°C; PVC-C suitable ≤93°C
• EPDM resists acids/alkalis and aging; FPM resists strong acids and high temperatures
